2012 Ordered

Re: 2012 Ordered
I just phoned 1-877-I-AM-JEEP, the person was very nice and provided me with all the info I was looking for. Much better then every previous experience of phoning them and being shut down because I'm Canadian
I also called the incentive line to check for myself on my rebates/incentives, here is what I was told.
The only way to get a rebate for a month that your Jeep does not get delivered is to make sure you have "Sold Order Protection" by either putting down a deposit or having some sort of paperwork done up that states that. I guess the reason for this is because if they don't do this some dealers will try and claim incentives from previous months when selling a vehicle in a month with no rebate.
Oh and even if you have the dealer call the incentive line Chrysler will not give them the incentive unless they can provide that "Sold Order Protected" documentation.
I guess I'm going to the dealership tomorrow, I did not leave a deposit, nor did I sign anything aside from the credit app.
So some of you may want to make sure you have something like that.
Happy Jeep'in
On a side note, I just got my case of Plasti-Dip to paint my rims black and I bought a kick-*** camera to share with everyone all my fun Jeep experiences.
I would like to be at the dealership for the unloading and get pictures of that too, but not too sure If I will be able to find out exactly when that will be.

That's good news, and good luck. In Ontario seems we have to put down min. 2000 deposit. In fact you need to even put that down when negotiating even believe it or not. And sign every negotiation with the sales guy, even if you move own 50 dollars, sign of he runs to the sales manager and back he comes for more discussion. I suppose to is in the best interest of everyone, and in the case of these rebates, since all signed sealed with deposit, there shouldn't be an issue.

Re: 2012 Ordered
Just called, my status was updated yesterday, was being painted and was scheduled to be shipped today. I was advised to call back in a couple of days to confirm it is on a train but it is a great feeling to even hear it has been built and even has a color.
With any luck I should have my Unlimited Sahara in 2 weeks:)
When I last checked they had estimated my shipping date to be tomorrow, so they appear to be on schedule.
HMMMM - Built on a Monday - is that a good thing? Compared to any other day of the week.
With any luck I should have my Unlimited Sahara in 2 weeks:)

Time to call the 1-800 again.
By the way, they meant it was built Friday afternoon, they just didn't have the heart to tell ya!
