I've tried the tracking site in the past but figured I'd give it another shot.
Yep still doesn't work for us Canadians!
If it did work I would probably be checking it every hour just to see the status stay the same.
I'm pretty sure up here in Canada our only option is to talk to the dealer. The phone number works sometimes, depends on their mood I guess.

So I called 1-800-992-1997 again today - they were so helpful. At this point my Jeep Wrangler is not built yet but they have a shipping date of Mar 28th, and a expected delivery to my area around the 11th of April. Ordered my Jeep on Feb 13th

I also called the incentives group and confirmed that I / WE are entitled to the best bonus offer from the month ordered to the month picked up inclusive of months in between. I was advised to have my contact at the dealership call the incentives group for clarification. So, I am happy to be getting at a minimum 3000.00 of my price:)

Thanks for the info compujock, I was just about to call them myself to find out for sure about the rebates.
I also found out today that I have changed to D1 status with a estimated build date of Mar 29th and should be in my area 3rd week of April.
Seems like a long ship time, but oh well I guess I just have to wait a little longer.

I see $3500 on the Jeep Canada site today. My dealer is still ambiguous about what I will get at the time of pick up.

I wasn't very luck with the 1-800 number. First they told me they have no record of my vehicle even though I gave them my VIN. After I mentioned that it's a Canadian placed order they transferred me over to the Canadian customer service. Those people did not find any record of the vehicle either. Then, I asked about rebates and got transferred to another department (or could have called myself 1-800-387-3514). The person over there seemed very nice, but my feeling was that she had no clue what she's talking about. She ended up saying that if I did not pay down a deposit, I am not price protected, and the price I will pay will be the price at the date of pick-up. Which again can't be true because I have a signed bill of sale that shows dealer rebates and Chrysler discount. One interesting thing I got out of the discussion was that the extra $500 discount only applies to leases. Go figure.
Anyway, I thought I share my experience with you.
