I'm new to the site and to Jeeps.
Just wanted to say hi from Regina.
I'm currently driving a rusty under powered Tracker, figured I would finally do what every Tracker owner dreams of and order a Jeep.

I've got a 2012 Rubicon Unlimited on order, just wondering if anyone could give me a ballpark figure when I might see it.

I know it's in D status now, as I spoke with the dealer 2 days ago.
Any info would be appreciated. I don't want to harass the dealer every day with my impatience.
Is there anywhere to wheel in Saskatchewan? Any good $ wheel shops in Regina that anyone knows of?

I ordered mine in Late November and received it 8 weeks later. I don't know if the backlog has cleared up a little or not since then, though.

 

I don't want to wait 8 weeks, but I think that's tolerable.
I was told 6-10 weeks when I ordered it, so it fits right in there I guess.
But I would love if they called me today and told me it was there!

 

Ordered one yesterday and they told me 60-90 days. Who knows? I guess it will get here when it gets here.

 

Hey, from personal experience, I ordered mine Oct 17th, 2011 and 125 days later I picked it up at the dealer, Feb 15th, 2012.
Expect 90-120+ days for delivery! I say 120+ cause my dealer told me 90-100days but it took longer. I also think it depends on other variables too, like parts, the amount Canadian orders waiting. I was told by a dealer in Ottawa that they put through Canadian orders at certain timeframes and Jan/Feb was the next run of orders followed by April.
Hope you don't have to wait as long as I did but trust me it's worth the wait...

I was really hoping to have it for my vacation March 5, but I don't think thats going to be happening.

 

Ordered my Gecko JK yesterday. Did not even dare asking when it will arrive. As long as I get it late spring I'm happy.

 

I would love to see a picture of your Gecko. I think I might like it, but I was afraid to make such a bold change for my self.

Anyways, more update on mine...or lack of update. No Change
