basic engine rule... more air out, more air in!
cold air intake for sure... but also make sure you have a system with a snorkel to prevent the water from slashing onto the filter and choking it out...

and K&N's might flow great... but they are BARELY a filter lol

Agreed, stay away from the K&N, you may as well dump a spoonfull of dirt down you throttle body every month for the amount they actually filter. Wish I would have known that before I spent 350 bucks.

AEM's Brute Force is kind of a all in one upgrade, they give you a throttle body spacer, the heatshield... and their filters are really good... dont need to be oiled... and are super tough...

Does anyone in Canada sell them? I know I can get it in the US, but its always a hassle and expensive.

you can probably find a place in calgary that'll sell it, Custom Truck Parts is an AEM dealer...

i know AEM is carried at Advanced Autoparts down in the states... they just have to order it for ya first... usually you can just call it in, and they'll let ya know when they have hands on. but still a headache to get...

havn't found an online retailer in canada yet...

Had that happen with mine, had to get a 3/4" torque wrench to make sure I was actually getting 175 ft/lbs on the big *** nut. Seemed way to easy with my 1/2" even when stepping it up. no more pop though. Don't forget to check your lugnuts occasionally to.

Friday i sorted out my broken front bumper, grabbed the rivet gun and went to work got it back in stock form, and really you can only see a small hole next to my foglight where i've fixed it...

next repair is for my drivers side headlight alignment screw... the post that isn't adjustable is completely broken off... so im pulling the measurement off the passenger side, fabricating an L bracket and tapping a hole so i can adjust it if need be...

and i bought a aftermarket set of foggers to replace my stockers... and ofcourse, they wont work with the factory mouting bracket... so i think im going to install them on my push bar...

and im thinking of boosting up the jeep with a front to rear spring swap, and either buy the appropriate length front coils from Iron Rock... or just spacer some V8 ones in place to get it up in the air...

and fabricate some high clearance short arms for now...
