as a reminder i HAVE to KNOW in advance if your coming to the dinner things will be done differently this year for the dinner, before we hit the trail at noon we will be taking the money for dinner and putting names on a list if your name is not on that list YOU WILL NOT BE EATING PERIOD so weather you assume i know your coming or not if i dont here from you you wont be eating i need one of three things a PM an EMAIL or A POST in this thread. then i will add your name to the list on here to keep track
AGAIN ZERO LAST MINUTE DINNER ATTENDANTS IF YOU DONT PRE PAY BEFORE WE HIT THE TRAIL YOU DONT EAT yes i have a way to keep track your welcome to come back and shoot the breeze but you will not be able to eat PERIOD last year we ran out and many that show every year didnt get to eat and i wont have that again so i have to hear from each person coming, i have said this 20 times and ill say it 30 more
