saturday november 7th 2009, is when this years toy drive will take place.
all are welcome trucks quads bikes etc.....

meeting at the port colborne lions club like all the past years

meet at 10:00am at the hall, a 50/50 draw will be taking place like every year past
and dinner will be offered as well to those that want in, ill need to know if you intend on coming back for the dinner so we can be better prepared this year on the all you can eat part
(all you can eat roas beef on a bun salads etc etc desserts, adults drinks are also offered at an extra cost- every year the food is great) its still 15 bucks a head 5 for kids under 13.
ill be posting back in the next few days with info,
last year we ended up helping over 300 homes for the holidays

this is a great event and i believe our third time running it and it gets bigger every year. its for a great cause aswell. help the kids and have a great day of wheeling.

nice to see that there will be one. but just curious why so late? last year it was cold and was spoken of a little earlier.
the way the weather is we may be playin out in the snow ;)

last year was november 29th, and it was hardly cold hell i was on a dirt bike all day and was dying i was so warm

the date was the earliest i could get the hall for the dinner, since everything had been so slow i was wondering if i should even bother doing it this year so i waited longer than i should have- if this year is another success ill book next years on the 7th of this year for early october

ONE THING I DID NOT POST requirements are one new un wrapped toy or cash donation and this year ill add any un opened non perishable food items
i am told again this year colouring books and crayons are always on short demand, i usually hit the dollar store or liquidation world and grab 20 bucks worth of them plus a toy or some sort i usually go a bit over board
there is not a dollar amount for the toy anything is better than nothing, and being a big kid as this gets bigger and bigger so do the toys

also for the dinner WEATHER YOU THINK I KNOW YOUR COMING OR NOT I NEED A PM OR EMAIL(parkpre5@hotmail.com) so i can keep track and give the hall REAL numbers

also can anyone design a flyer and print it out? i dont have a printer, include date web address, santas helpers my email parkpre5@hotmail.com, option dinner 15$ rsvp by november 1st etc trucks quads and dirt bikes etc welcome

and again like ill probably do in every post, ill include I MUST BE NOTIFIED FOR THE DINNER, last year we had 40 people come out for the dinner id like to get even more and i MUST NO BY THE 1ST of novmeber, also last year we ended up helping just over 300 homes for the holidays

and for those that may show some interest in coming from further away quad or truck ill offer free camping at my house since the new yard is more than bigg enough, it wont be fancy but it is free
