Re: Offroading in Quebec Province
Getting ready for our first of the year offroading event in April (buddy run) - like to go just north of Mtl. Will let you know date when I know more - trails usually muddy at this time, if your interested please have the following on your Jeep: Tow hooks front and rear (or trailer hitch), tow strap (no chains), it will be a 1 day run. NO killer trails to break yur vehicle.Group of max 10 vehicles.
Interested offroaders can sign up in my profile to the under Group Memberships (Montreal Surronding) put yur name in there and I will advise yu the date..etc

Re: Offroading in Quebec Province
i think its about time to put some news in this section of Quebec offroading -
A little late actually should have put it in before the event and not just after but I'll be more careful next time
Today in St Leonard D'aston (near 3 Rivers) Quebec 4by4 put on their first event more of a show and shine with many modified jeeps, they had a ramp and blocks, some vendors and of course a small but very quick service food trailer (the poutine was great) many different clubs from around Quebec showed up.From the amount of vehicles and people I would say it was a very successful event.

Re: Offroading in Quebec Province
We have an issue right now with Chertsey and their park preventing us from accessing it, I heard that some atv's have been running illegal/noisy/speeding/though whatever.. but if your ride is a quite/legal plated vehicle/ you cannot something about atv have a strong federation behind them while the offroading clubs in quebec are mostly individually run we don't have the backing but its coming. So that said I haven't been to the area in some time to take anymore trail ride pictures. I would be very interested in knowing the loss of revenue the restaurants/gas stations/grocery stores/etc have had this year compared with last year..
