Up coming event on 12th September in Chertsey. Its a cleanup detail, we go along the trails and whats not trails pick up garbage in bags or if too big have the town come with a truck and lift and pick it up. Our goal is in numbers, the more clubs we can get to show (of course those that use this park) the better. The town is suppling the bags. Its an all day ordeal from 8h00 to 16h30. Meeting at #2 parking Parc Oureau.


Club meeting on the 14th at 1930hrs at the Hymus Tavern Pte Claire..want to meet and chat with a few of the locals, monthly events, buddy runs, Xmas party, other events, etc

The 12th was a very constructive day, well organized by the town of Chertsey, with a payloader, dumpsters, food along with some 75 offroaders in jeeps, pu's, and atv's helping in picking up the garbage, the Qpp and a couple of local fireman were there too. There are many changes being set in place there. One there going to be patrols and an entrance post to help stop the yahooo's and those that cannot seem to understand they are ruining the environment by dumping or leaving their trash in the woods and streams. The old rule should be remembered.. carry it in carry it out.

Roctober Fest An annual fun weekend (if your a camper) Oct 23-25th. Friday night a "Foxhunt", Saturday (main event) 0930-1600 then a supper of German sausage/sauerkraut, Sunday usually a trail run depending on who's there. YES, there is a charge under $15. for the weekend for non members, If your interested message me thur my profile. This is rain/shine/snow its on and we have had it all in years gone by.There is a limit on how many non members can be invited so if ur interested please don't wait too long to let me know. Its 70 mi from Mtl. Thanks
