I would love to get out. I own a pavement princess but it was a lot of fun in Kellowna this last weekend so I would very much like to get out and get dirty. I have a couple of friends with jeeps but they are all strictly on road so it owuld be nice to have someone that is willing to see some trees.

Trees or mud, I'm good to go for either. Nothing wrong with being a Pavement Princess..When I went on the Whipsaw trip last year, a stock JK came along, and it didn't even have it's first oil change yet!

How worried are you about a bush scratch or two? (AKA B.C. Pinstripes)

Stave has lots of Mud, and some trails, ans Sylvester has a bunch more trails too...

I'd also like to do some more exploring around the Coquihalla area if you're interested in venturing out that way when the weather gets a little nicer...

Here's a couple of pics from when I first got the WJ...

Don't want to get too many scratches but I difinately want to try some trails. I still have the stock tires which suck but I am trying to justify getting some Revo's and a 2" BDS lift in April....we'll see. I also need to get some new recovery straps since I had to cut mine to get them off our partner vehicle last weekend. I want to get my kids out and experiencing the trails too.
I will PM you my info....

It's cool with me if you want to bring your kids. How old are they?

I've got straps, so that's not really an issue for now...as long as you've got tow points...

Current Plan:
We're going to be meeting up at the Fleetwood Arms Pub on Saturday morning at 9:30AM.

Then head to the trail ( andn meet up with any others along the way if need be, as there are a couple of other Jeeps and a Durango that are supposed to join us)

Check here before you leave just in case anything changes. (Not that I expect it to, but just in case...)

See you then.

Later.

Arizona.

The dollar kind of sucks now, so it may be on the pricey side to get them now, but it was a good deal when I got 'em.

They're from Kevin's Off Road, and they can take everything I throw at them and then some! And they're big enough for the wife to use as as step, so they're kind of "Dual Purpose"...something for me, something for her! If I was you, I'd invest in some sort of rocker protection, because the first time you use them, they've paid for themselves! Not sure what's out there for Commanders, but if I was you, I'd call a couple of metal fab shops and get something custom made up locally.

Usually you'll get a better product that way, at equal or often cheaper prices. And it'll be exactly what you want...

No, not really...Kevin's has such awesome customer service, I haven't really looked around too much.

I have browsed around Rocky-Road, Never heard of 4xGaurd.com...I also like the people over at Iron Rock Off Road...Not a huge fan of our local shops, not that I dislike them either, but I find I get better service from Kevin's...(Although I always give the local guys a chance before I order out of the US, because I would like to support local business, but so far, Kevin's has always won my business)

I'm just gonna post this again cuz this thread is gonna get clogged with off-topic chat. Perhaps we should continue yapping about stuff in a new thread?
