I have a chance to get a 1992 250 Suzuki Quad runner 4X4 . I have had it apart and checked out what it needs,
1 Carb needs cleaning it runs rich
2 front brakes
3 2 front tires
4 the tranny has trouble down shifting at times.
5 needs a battery
6 2 u joints on the rear axel
The engine runs well and starts good when cold but after 2 hours of running it gets hard to start when it is hot.
The question is what is it worth if I am going to do the repairs? The seller will be open to offers .

hard to say. most quads have a hot start switch. could be getting too hot to start and that could be the issue. something that old youre gonna have problems with. if youre interested ive got an 03 honda 400 ex race quad with some goodies ill let go for 3000.
