Default Tray Removal

On the top of the dash on a 03 tj sport there is a tray.I would like to know how to remove it as I am going to mount my small cb there. I have been pinching my fingers for most of today and its still there. Any help would be appreciated

Since I rec'd no replies to my question, I at last figured it out myself. In case anyone else has the idea to remove the tray on this jeep one has to remove the vented piece closest to the window (snaps hold this easy to remove) then one must remove the dash as this tray is snap in under the dash, a bright idea from jeep. So rather than do all this use velcro or two sided tape to hold your CB or whatever you wanted to screw into the tray.. more problem than its worth.
