TJ-Vibration at 110KM/H

TJ-Vibration at 110KM/H
Hi folks
This is driving me crazy. I have a vibration that start at about 108-110 km/hr. It is Ok above and below.
I balanced all tires from someone who knows what they are doing and it is still there!.
I have new u-joints up front, new brakes and rotors up front, and the back drive shaft U-joints seem OK.
I just don't know where to go from here.
Any suggestions thanks.
BTW it is a '97 TJ with 140K KM's on the clock. The front end is all original.
