Wink Shorting Front Drive Shaft -

Anyone hear of having to shorten the front drive shaft after a 4" lift. Was advise the reason I am supposedly breaking the front joint where the shaft connects to the diff (Which I am not breaking-never have yet) This is when disconnected I am told my shaft is too long. I personnelly never heard of it. Like to hear some comments

if you move the diff down and farther away from transfer case how could it be too long?u joint breakage at the diff is usually caused by too much angle on the u joint, turning the diffs up to decrease the operating angle of u joint is the best fix, offset u joints are available to increase this operating angle a bit but i have no personal experiance with these ujoints
