Default Popping fuses

had the 03 TJ out in the bush the other day and got stuck in a couple of feet of snow,as i was winching out and working the truck in 1st gear the engine quit, after some troubleshooting i found that the fuse was blown that supplies the injection system, i replaced it and the truck fired up right away, once i started to again work it while winching it blew again, after replacing the 20 amp fuse 3 times i limped my way out of there and got home. The jeep is now running rough, like it is not firing on all cylinders, and when i rev it up to about 2700 rpm the engine cuts out completely until the revs drop and then it takes off again, but running rough, i am thinking a cold hole. Got it booked in tommorrow with the dealership to troubleshoot. Any suggestions ??

thanks
RL
