Canada Okaaaaaaaaay....

Man, this forum sucks compared to . I've been on this forum 4 times now and I'm the ONLY one one each time! What gives? Where are all the Jeep guys and gals?

Okay, I apoligize. This forum does not suck. I'm just surprized how little traffic shows up here. I've been a Jeep fan for years. I think it's more of a obsession. I figured there would be a lot more fellow Canadians involved. I like to think I know a thing or two about jeeps and mods, so I'll spend more time on this forum and answer what questions I can. May spark more interest.:)

There is very little traffic through here eh? I am finding out everything about my TJ the expensive way. lol
Maybe you may know. When did jeep stop running breather tubes from the tranny and transfer case?
I have an 04 TJ 4.0 with a 5 speed, the diffs have the vent tubes, but nothing on the tranny or transfer case. I also discouvered that if the back passanger tire is covered in water, the vacume pump for the fuel system will pump lots of water into the fuel tank.

Remove the vacuum line, from the engine if you offroad, for the EVAP system. Plug it off, or remove it entirely. And no, I dont believwe your tranny has a breather tube, I believe some did, but I will have to look at research.

EVAP system on your JEEP has a vent to the outside air. You still need a vent to the tank, I will have to play with this more to figure a better system for you.
