Default Multi-function switch fail?

Hi,since i bought my Jeep the fog lamp indicator would stay on,even after turning the key off(no fogs installed-hooked up),had to pull relay to turn indicator off.My question is there an issue with the multi function switch ? Also my DRL's quit working when i pulled Jeep out out of winter storage 2 years ago but thinking not related.Napa has one for $149 Can.
Thanks in advance,Dave

I had problems with mine also, so we kept the multi switch but the orange wire on the switch we rerouted it to a separate switch which I mounted to the left of the column (you can mount anywhere)
this is so you control them. You would pull the switch control out and then throw the switch (new one you installed) and have fog lights. Your signal and headlamps work as usual, but if your driving and have the switch on for fogs and hit the high beams the fogs will go out (as they originally did) and hit the low beams again and they will return to the on position. Just remember to turn off the switch when you shut the JEEP off. Or you can go to a Chrsyler dealer and ask them for a wiring diagram of the switch (which I did and it was free) I did it this way as I thot $149. was a bit much for a switch..

That's progress... everything is more expensive and cheaper made... didn't know they would charge more for a switch that carries less...:(

Never would have paid $175. for a switch. Would have put the top lights on a separate switch and re wired the multi switch as I noted above. Anyways whats done is done.
I have installed another separate switch for additional L E D lights I mounted on my front fenders..man when I throw the switch the hole road lights up thats a total of 14 L E D
lights plus headlights.
I have a question for your tires don't seem to protrude your fenders what size are they or are your fenders over size.? Meaning to replace mine as they are finished (rusted)
