Only if you try to stand while driving.
Actually the only problem with aftermarket sunroofs (or any sunroof)
is leaking.

Because of the unibody type frame on the XJ, unlike the frame on a
CJYJTJ, some people claim it weakens the structure to put a big hole in
the roof. Also, the roof has ridges which make sealing a sunroof
somewhat of a challenge. There are some XJs that don't have ridges all
the way forward to the sunroof area, but most do.
