I thought the 'check gauges' key feature had to work even in the US?
Lots of folks have posted about failing because they didn't bother to
hook up a 'check engine' light with the aftermarket fuel injections.
Same deal, nothing legally says they have to have FI, but...

Either the brakes work on the testing machine or they don't. I don't think
there is a requirement that the bulb works for an MOT test.

Yes, but if it's on the vehicle it must work, like a Christmas
decorated tractor will fail inspection if one of it's addition lights is
burnt out, will be dead lined at the scales, until fixed.

Hi Barry,
Replace the burnt out bulb, if that doesn't fix it, pay the
thousands to fix the system someone took out the bulb to cover up. Or
save a life and remove the faulty system:

Replace the burnt out bulb, if that doesn't fix it, pay the
