I have one thing to say check ebay out for your plate. I got mine for
50 bucks for my 99 wrangler. But the price rang is like 50 to like 80
bucks at the most. I hope this was on any help to you.

Thanks Jamie. I have been cruising EBay. Lots of mounts there.
I am a horribly impatient old broad. I nearly ordered one online.
After I whined and sniveled a bit, I sat it up on the table and spent a
morning cleaning it and muttering to myself he told me he is planning to
build me a complete ARB style bumper with integrated lights and winch mount.
He's building a dock for our neighbors and has planned to use the money from
that project to build my bumper.
Whatta guy - aye!?

Oh, then he looks at it all shined up and grins "There, THAT looks better.
looks like YOUR winch now!" and gave me a smooch on the forehead.
It was kind of grubby, I'm pretty meticulous about taking care of my stuff.
The guy that gave it to me, is not so meticulous, but hey, I don't care. It
was just a little dirt and rust and a couple of missing screws.
