I have been with people whom let their Jeeps go, mechanically, and
knew before hand that they were in a situation where they wouldn't be
able to maintain control, and rather than chance it, simple jumped out
and let her go. An example was the video that Kevin put up of a Toy that
lost it's brakes backwards.
