Re: water pump 2001 WANGLER
The fans are held on by four bolts that also hold the water pump's
pulley to it's shaft, but yours appears to be dancing to a different
drummer: http://www.----------.com/temp/02TJWaterPump.pdf Engine rotation
makes it a righty, tighty.
Pull the pump before you go the parts store. It's been my experience
that 100% were boxed incorrectly, having the reverse pump (yours) in the "V"
belt box and vice versa. So, match their propellers. Put a little Permatex
Blue Silicone on the bolt threads so the next guy won't find them seized to
the block.
