Warn Manual Hub Conversion

Re: Warn Manual Hub Conversion
I am not sure I would bother Warn here. The issue is if the threads fit your
lug nuts front and rear, and if the studs will screw itno the hubs. If the
answers to these questions is yes, then move on. The difference you noted in
the original post may only be length of the stud, and this isn't critical
unless the difference leaves them too short.

Re: Warn Manual Hub Conversion
Actually it does matter in this case. One the "nurled" part is not even
reaching the hub to be pressed in. The studs are definitely too short. I
spoke with Warn today and they confirmed the incorrect studs were placed in
with the kit. They shipped out 10 correct studs to me no charge. This is
what I call customer service. They could have told me to "pound sand".
They did not even ask if I had an invoice to prove I bought the kit.
Thanks for replying back.

Re: Warn Manual Hub Conversion
IU looked up those wheel studs and came up with an entirely different
number. I forget exactly, but I think I found a Bendiz # <same first 3>199.
In at least one place, I found that the 024 number was the lug nuts.
Confused? I was.

Re: Warn Manual Hub Conversion
I was most confused when I lookup the part number. The 192 studs are the
ones listed with the kit and those are the ones Warn is shipping. I just
wish I could find out which vehicle they are used on typically, so I could
order them from anywhere. Oh well....
