Definitly sounds like something loose is floating around in there.
Sooner or later it'll get jammed somewhere and something really costly
will break.
Of course, it'll wait until after the warranty's out to do this.

Don't even shut it off in the service drive.
That's probably the only way you'll get them to hear it. Warranty
doesn't pay the tech much(read 0$)to test drive, so most of them are
short.
