A**hole, this is what you wrote was on the bottle: ""compatible with
limited slip differentials" And I repeat that doesn't say it has ANY
friction modifier in it!

Bill, if you had checked them all you would have known they weren't all
synthetics but it doesn't matter. If you could get out of your rocking
chair and get into an auto parts store, you'd already know that you'd
have trouble finding any GL-5 or GL-6, mineral-based or synthetic, that
doesn't have the friction modifier. But don't forget bill, you already
claimed NO GL-5 lubes had the additive... or had you forgotten already.

(Redine) "It contains friction modifier which is recommended for

"Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube LS 75W-90 contains special friction

"Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube 75W-140 LS contains special friction
modifiers designed for limited slip-type differentials."
"Contains special additives to reduce chattering in limited-slip
differentials" (Valvoline)
"PENNZOIL® GEARPLUS® SAE 80W-140 GL-5 is fully formulated for all
limited slip differentials and in power dividers requiring limited slip
additives."
