Re: Tranny .... wtf?
You might want to consider an hurst or B&M short throw shifter. This will
replace all your boogered up parts and result in a much shorter throw than
stock. It's a bit pricey at $200.00 but it sure makes shifting alot sweeter.

I've got B&M and its great. NO complaints. I bought B&M because Hurst says
you can use theirs with a body lift although I can't see why. I have a 1"
lift and with the B&M there's no trouble at all. I can't say it is better
than Hurst but I can recommend it. FWIW.

you can use theirs with a body lift although I can't see why. I have a 1"

I've got B&M and its great. NO complaints. I bought B&M because Hurst says
you can use theirs with a body lift although I can't see why. I have a 1"
lift and with the B&M there's no trouble at all. I can't say it is better
than Hurst but I can recommend it. FWIW.
