Hi Martin,
I went with everything you mentioned - as far as saying the top is off for
the summer, yea!! Well, rain happens. Kids want the back seat open, grand
kids are now Jeep crazy.
So I went ahead a few years ago and purchased a Window Roll. So now I have
my stock top only and ride with it down or up, windowless, and just have the
Window Roll to hold the windows for that overpass when it rains.
If you are determined to do this go with Bestop.

BesTop is the best choice for all of the parts you are looking for. The
tonneau cover will be the most difficult because it is a different size than
the other TJs, and your Unlimited is a relatively new model and this part
might not have caught up yet. The part that goes behind the seats is called
a Windjammer.

Bestop already makes the tonneau, they sell it at quadratec, and probably
others.
