Hi Andrew,
Do you mean the widow crank? Which has clip similar to the one in
this tool: http://www.----------.com/handtool.jpg Usually there enough
room to fish with a small screwdriver, using your thumb to push the
panel back. the correct tool for it would look like the one #1 at:
http://www.----------.com/XJPanel.pdf If you mean the release handle, it
looks like a screw will get out where you can play with, probably an
over center clip, that's just pop off like it did for Carl.
