The sidewall got taller, so the speedometer slowed down. when the speedo
indicated 60 in the past, you were probably doing very close to 60, probably
something like 58.5. Now, 60 means something like 65 or 67.
The factory error in a speedo shoujld be such that the indicated speed is
always a little faster than reality. This will give you a slight hedge
against the speed laws. With the change you have done, gotten taller tires,
the speedo will not read slower than reality, perhaps enough slower to put
you at risk of overly aggressive traffic cops.
