Hi Snow,
That tire wear may indicate a bad wheel or king pin bearings. Jack
that wheel off the ground and lever over a pivot block to see where the
wheel flopping back and forth is coming from.

That tire wear may indicate a bad wheel or king pin bearings. Jack
