Is any construction going on currently between Hwy 119 [Longmont] and
the Wyoming border on I-25? Enough that it would make sense to hop
off I-80 onto 287 and come down that way? Next coupla weeks?

Re: tire recommendations?
Use the chalk method to determine your best tire pressure. Find a flat road
and mark across your tires (all 4) with the chalk. Drive a few yards and see
what part wears off. If it wears off in the middle you are overinflated. If
it wears off on the edges you are underinflated. I start at about 28lbs on
33's and drop a pound at a time until I find the ideal weight. PS front
probably will differ from rear. This will also ensure you get even tire
wear.

Re: tire recommendations?
Oh BTW, I run BFG MT's right now on a 1986 Jeep CJ7 with the 258 and a
pretty stout rear bumper with attached tire carrier and I run 19psi front
and rear. This may sound low but it still isn't really low enough to get
full chalk wear across the tires.
