The HMMWV is too big to be suited to urban warfare and as heavy and
expensive as a light armored vehicle. A slightly bigger heavier vehicle
as well armored as the presidential limo and a less expensive M38A1
size are needed and the HMMWV should be slowly phased out. The little
guy should have a purpose built multifuel engine and the big guy should
probably be turbine, like the Abrams tank.
