The U.S. doesn't have much of those programs anymore or any real way
to force the mentally ill to take medication. The only ones that
exist are more along the line of prison level loonie bin. Unless
Brad does something serious I doubt a judge would ever commit him
involuntarily.

him, which he violated. For the most part it's just usenet abuse but
I don't dismiss the likelihood that brad could go real-life one day.
