Careful about that, I did my garage in that garage floor paint (black
though). It doesn't hold up much better than normal paint. I'm not
impressed at all with it.

I work at a factory where they're redoing the concrete floors with epoxy
paint, the key to getting the paint to stick (we're talking years of
hydraulic oil, paint, dirt, etc.) is preperation. They use a machine called
a shot blaster, it looks like a combinaton of a floor scrubber/squeege with
a sand blaster. takes everything off.

That's what I would have said, but you beat me to it. I have heard that
concrete can be "stained" but unfortunately I don't have any details. I
spent the summer removing paint from the hundred ten year old woodwork in my
kitchen, and I can tell you that methylene chloride based paint removers
work, but I don't recommend them...

I had to clean 40 years of paint off my basement concrete walls so I could
recoat them with waterproofing. I tried hundreds of dollars in chemicals,
wire wheels, and grinding wheels. Finally bought a pressure feed sand
blaster and I was done in a weekend. Messy but effective.
Don't forget the respirator.
