You need a working DRBIII (DRBthree) scan tool. Non-Mopar aftermarket
models cost around $2500.00. Mopar ones go for $3600.00. I think it's
safe to say that you should take it to a dealer or a well-off locksmith
who had the scratch to get one.

You're kidding? My '93 GC remote keyless entry transmitter programmed
itself just by following the instructions packaged with the new one I
had to buy.
If it requires a scan tool I'd be very surprised.

itself just by following the instructions packaged with the new one I
had to buy.
