person and/or not even the totally correct name, not to
mention the "real" attackee lives in an entirely different

infamous tactics is to claim he's penetrated, read, and
compromised data on your HD. He's "done" that to me several
times. Well, I've told him that he doesn't have access but I
don't tell him how I know, what I do to protect my system, or
when I do or don't get an attempted net attack.

On a.b.p.a., so many abuse reports and law enforcement
complaints have been filed that it really does surprise me
that he's managed to stay out of jail and civil court for so
long. Of course, we really don't know how many times he's been
indicted or sued, do we? For all we know, he's masquerading as
someone else from inside a Federal prison! One can only hope.
So, I assume the folks here who've been incorrectly
accused/maligned in his latest round of preemtive attacks and
incorrect retalliatory strikes have also reported him to the
appropriate bully boys.

You know, Fred, in today's post-9/11 world here in the U.S.,
particularly bolstered by the strengthened and recently
renewed Patriot Act, as well as the as yet unknown true size
of domestic surveillance, it would seem to me that anyone with
an ounce of intelligence would avoid making these wild claims
and threats in public, "in the clear". It takes very little
today to meet the definition of a "credible threat" whether it
be a threat on someone's life (he told me several times to
expect what he called a "package" - a bomb, maybe?) or a
--------- plot in the planning. The former is a garden variety
felony while the latter will get you "detained" - the modern
euphemism for "arrested without getting your Miranda rights,
with the right to a writ of habeous corpus indefinitely
suspended, no charges ever filed, and access to legal counsel
denied" - all for an indefinite period. If it were me, I
wouldn't want some guys in dark suits and sun glasses coming
to see me some night!

Meanwhile, if we could possibly get everyone to just /stop/
replying to him, this would all blow over rather quickly.

and gives his Billy Boi opinion on anything and everything. You want to
know about something, anything, just post a message and wait for Billy Boi
to give you his opinion (known as Billy Boi facts). You don't even have to
ask a question, just have a discussion about something and Billy Boi will
jump in and tell you you're wrong and he's right.

He's such a small minded man, he must feel he has to give his opinion and
then defend it by personally attacking the OP.

I used to argue with him, but you can't argue with a mad man, so I've given
up. This group is not that important in my life to start a crusade against
Billy Boi. Be my guest, Billy Boi isn't that important for me to spend any
more time on his drivel.
