Not yet, it will probably be coming soon. Unless you have an old clunker and
a police officer stops you to have a complete inspection of the vehicule because he suspects that the vehicule is dangerous to drive, you are free to smog as much as you want. hahaha, ya well almost!!! Actually since we had a big ice storm, with 2-3
days of ice falling on cables and all, power was out for up to 40 days in some places (29 days for my self), alot of people have started to use wood again as a secondary heat source :) Nelson "L.W.
