Question from a lurker.
I read this group everyday but never have anything really to say. You
guys provide great info to everyone that asks.
I have a easy question for you. I am replacing the factory stereo with
a cd player. I have the wiring harness but cannot find the wiring
diagram for it. I have the Haynes manual but it does not list it either.
This is from the cd player:
http://home.rochester.rr.com/kidwiz/...%20diagram.jpg
Now I need the same thing from the jeep.
Thanks in advance!

Don't have anything for a 95 YJ or I'd post it, sorry.
Check the current radio, the one from my ZJ had a wiring
pinout on it, yours might also.
If no one has the info here I suggest trying a local sterio store
they usually have books or drop by a dealership and ask to read
the service manual. I'd give you the colors from the 93ZJ but they
might have changed.

Save yourself a lot of hassles and check one of your local stereo stores for
one of these:
http://www.tune-town.com/wire/1988-9..._MET711002.htm
These plug right in to the factory harness plug so you don't have to cut any
of the original wires.

Re: Question from a lurker.
When I replaced my radio I bought the wiring adapter from Crutchfield.
<http://www.crutchfield.com/S-xflUaGZtJXW/cgi-bin/ProdGroup.asp?c=11&g=103000&s=0&cc=01&avf=Y&search =>
One end plugged right into the Jeep's wiring harness and the other was labeled
with the various speaker, power, ground, etc connections. Made the whole thing
very easy.
