Hi Sandman,
I believe all we have to do is write our Internet Service Provider,
newsmaster@***.net for me, and request they start or add a news group.
It's nice when someone takes the time to write up a charter, like our
group, it gives me teeth when reporting abuse. Just go ahead and write
one and post and it to your domain like another group I read at:

humiliation, tit for tat. Not doing anything is the reason we lost our
Twin Towers.
