POLL: Transmissions - Wranglers

I assumed it was an oversight that the spring was omitted on mine, but
sounds like they just don't put them on now so they can save a buck a
vehicle. It's harder to control off road when your foot bounces on the
pedal. Were those '06's autos or manuals?

Does it seem like it takes very little effort to press the gas pedal?

Yes, my throttle is harder to control on bouncy trails at slow speeds. I
didn't check those on the lot today for stick or auto, but mine is an '06
Rubi, auto, and no spring.
Do you happen to know the part number of that spring?
Thanks,
Tom
