Got it. But there is only one Pinion and it lives in the diff, the tcase
seal is not a pinion seal. That's what confused me.

As I'm sure you know it's not your seals that are making the noise.
So replace your Universal Joints, again and make sure their timing, or
balance are good. That the shaft's not bent. Then double check their
angles against: http://www.4xshaft.com/driveline101.html
