They are just standard size shock bushings. Does it matter that they are
poly? I spent about 10 minutes per bushing with a hammer smackin' em in.

Personally, I find a vise more useful for this - my vices just get me
in trouble <g>. I can empathize with your effort - and that @#$%
hammer just ain't gonna cut it - takes pressure, not force. If you
will take some of the wife's dish soap and smear it over the bushings
they will pop in a whole lot easier. I used a 6" C-clamp on the last
set I had to punch in. One hint: if you use a socket that sits about
halfway between the center hole and the outer edge, it will keep the
bushing from squashing with the center hole expanding. Makes life a
lot easier. Ideal would be a washer that was cupped to match the
shape of the bushing end, but the socket works.
