Ahh, so the 80 ch can't be boosted as easily or something?
I have one wicked 23 CH Cobra that was set up to broadcast off a 40'
tower. I have done two way between Toronto and Martha's Vinyard and
regularly pick up some dude on the west coast.
I didn't think they much cared about CB's now.
When I was a kid, some Ham jerk always used to hassle us when we used
our walkie talkies. They were on CH 9.
