Yes. it should be fine, thats only 3 years ago. Was the nail in good shape, or old
and rusty? If it was in good shape then doing all that should take care of it. Dont
use peroxide (never on a puncture wound, even if it does go all the way thru). If it
swells up, gets red and hot, and really hurts, go see a doc.
Oh, and stay away from hammers for a while. lol.

Yes. it should be fine, thats only 3 years ago. Was the nail in good shape, or old
and rusty? If it was in good shape then doing all that should take care of it. Dont
use peroxide (never on a puncture wound, even if it does go all the way thru). If it
swells up, gets red and hot, and really hurts, go see a doc.
Oh, and stay away from hammers for a while. lol.

The nail was clean and brand new. Straight from the box to the nail gun to
the finger! I'm giving it a second soak in hot water with epsom salt and
dish soap before I bandage it for the evening. I'll check it and re-ointment
it in the AM before work.
