Pretty much. The revenues the government get in from petrol is about the
same as it costs to provide free health care.

of "embargo" won't work. Any oil sold on the market offsets
the total oil avilable. The only impact he could have is to stop
production.

in *EARNINGS* did you not understand? not sales, not revenues.
*Earnings*, you know, the stuff that's left over after expenses have
been taken out of revenues.
