Moral of the story: Always air down your tires before driving your
sports car onto a boat ramp. :-)

There's a video floating aroud out there of some middle-eastern fellow
backing his Landcruiser(?) into the water to unload his jetski. Problem
was his jetski was IN the back and he had to go in quite far. He forgot
to set his parking brake and it sank. He save his ski tho.

Being aware of your rigs limits is a good thing. I can't see any real
problems with a lifted Jeep towing, although the reactions will likely
be different than stock. I think I would try an empty parking lot out
and jam the brakes on at 40 or 50 mph to see how it handles.
I recommend the same for the first snow storm in any 'new' vehicle,
especially a 4x4. The brakes act very strange when locked into 4x4.
