New tires for 1999 Grand Cherokee 245's?

New tires for 1999 Grand Cherokee 245's?
It's time for new tires on my girl friend's 1999 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4X4.
We've decided to go with Goodyear Wrangler AT-S. Grand Cherokee Laredos came
stock with 225/75R16 or 245/70R16.
The Wrangler AT-S are available as 225/75R16 and 245/75R16. Will the
245/75R16's fit without any problems? WIll there be rubbing? By my
calculations they will be 24.5mm taller than the 245/70R16's.
