New dash for a YJ
Hey everyone - As long as the CHerokee passes the smog+safety on Friday, I
plan to toy-ize my YJ...
I want to make a nifty, simple dash for it similar to a YJ's dash. I want it
to be fairly strong (thinking 1/8" metal) but would thinner to the trick to
amke cutting easier?
Are there any pre-made dashes that use all the standard YJ guages?
What is the best tool to cut shapes out of the steel?
Also - best place to buy cheap, nice looking rims that is located in/will
ship to Ontario, Canada.
Thanks for any input!
Regards,
Chris

Re: New dash for a YJ
I am missing something in your question....
A metal dash implies a CJ one, not a YJ one and what do either have to
do with a Cherokee?

Hey Mike... I think he is saying he wants to emulate the CJ dash in his YJ
provided his XJ passes emissions and he doesn't have to throw money/time
into it.
