Re: MSD-6al ignition for an AMC 360?
What year is your 360? Is it stock? If it still has a 350 CFM two
barrel carburetor, than it's limited to 3500 RPM:
http://corvetteactioncenter.com/tech/tools/carb.html If you installed a
four barrel and headers than you may rev to about 4000 before the single
valve springs would float at about a hundred and sixty horsepower. Buy a
mild cam and rev kit and you could pull a horsepower per cubic inch like
it did back in 1969:
