Um...piss - what do they call them, sunshine bottles?

I've been reading this thread trying to figure out why in the hell
someone would want their rear wiper fluid to work without the window.
Then I saw the 'anti-tailgater' thing and I had an 'oh, duh' moment.
What a brilliant idea!

Why do you need the rear washer to work when there is nothing to wash?
