Just get a replacement squirter for a ricer.
They generally have a drilled bb in them which
can be adjusted with a small pin.

No no, washer fluid does a good job. Our Cherokee's wiper never did
work so it had to go to be legal, but the squirter poking out the hole
is great for those bumper huggers. Pisses em right off. LOL!
